The outbreak of the novel coronavirus is causing a global crisis. At the moment there is a lot of different information about it, in Kurdistan - Iraq and internationally. It is not always easy to know what information can be believed.

With the coronavirus, there are also massive restrictions in everyday life. Friends and families cannot see each other due to restrictions on contacts. This separation can be unusual. Because of this, some feel lonely.

You may also have concerns and fears about family and friends. Maybe you know people who are currently on the run. Maybe you have family and friends who live in refugee camps or at home. They are concerned that the Coronavirus could infect them. This can be very stressful and difficult to endure. Many worries and thoughts can lead to complaints in the body and in the soul. Are you sleeping badly? Do you feel tense? Do you have more pain? Are you exhausted and tired all day long? Do you sometimes have a strong feeling of emptiness and hopelessness?
