Since the teaching quality assurance (TQA) is a very important sector in educational systems, the MoHE has set rules for the universities throughout the KR to follow. The QA at the UoD is doing its best to include all the UoD sectors in the process to improve the quality in which to serve the community. Ph.D. students are a very important factor and must be included in the QA process as they already conduct various activities during their research. The load of the Ph.D. students has forced them to give up on following the QA process which in turn led the Ph.D. students to not register for most of the activities which in turn influenced the university’s rank. Recently, the MoHE has implemented the Bologna process throughout the KR universities so the QA process must be updated according to the query of the MoHE. Accordingly, this workshop aims to cover these aforementioned gaps in the QA process for the Ph.D. students at the COS.
