"Process of Developing a Learner-Centered Curriculum"

Justification :
- Addressing Evolving Educational Trends: With the landscape of education constantly evolving, it's imperative for universities to adapt their curriculum development processes. A workshop focusing on learner-centered curriculum development enables university staff to stay abreast of these trends and implement best practices.
- Enhancing Student Engagement and Retention: A learner-centered approach fosters active participation, critical thinking, and intrinsic motivation among students. By equipping university staff with the knowledge and skills to design such curricula, the workshop directly contributes to enhancing student engagement and retention rates.
