A dialogue on how to be happy away from narcotics was held on Thursday, 14-2-2019, in cooperation with the organization Hogam Surgi and with the Committee of the Kurdistan Students' Union, Akra Branch, in the presence of Dr.Hafal Salim Tayeb, Dean of the Faculty of Education, And a number of professors and students. This dialogue consists of four axes (health, psychological, religious and legal) with four distinguished guests:

The purpose of this dialogue is to move away and maintain ourselves from narcotics in our daily lives as well as to clarify how to maintain and stay away from these substances.
