This course aims at increasing the knowledge and improving the teaching capacity of university instructors and holders of MA and Ph.D. within the other education sectors. The course encompasses divergent topics such as teaching methods, research methods, laws and regulations of higher education, and health and safety. The duration of the course is three (3) months, that is equivalent to 120 hours. The lectures are scheduled for three (3) days per week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday). The duration of each lecture is four (4) hours, except on Thursday which is two hours, as the total of teaching hours become ten (10) per week.
