On 10-03-2024 in Central Library/ University of Duhok, in the presence of the Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies Assistant Professor (Dr. Loqman Hadi Hassan), Duhok office Manager for Elections (Mr. Khaled Abas), the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics (Dr. Bassam Ahmed Abdullah). and the Director of the Pedagogical Training and Academic Development Center (Dr. Muhammad Jameel Sadeeq), the graduation ceremony for the Basic Administrative, Financial and Legal Foundations and Concepts took place, and certificates were granted to 52 graduates.
