Dalia Amin, a gender equality advisor with Save the Children International in Erbil, delivered a workshop on anti-harassment and anti-discrimination to 16 trainers and staff of the UoD Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies (CPCRS) and 10 professors from University of Mosul. The workshop introduced participants to the subjects of discrimination, bullying, harassment and sexual harassment. In addition, formal and informal complaint procedures against violations of the CPCRS code of conduct have been discussed. The workshop delivered on 6th October 2018 at UoD Cultural Center and it is one of the activities of the project “Building University Capacity in Peace Education in Duhok and Mosul” jointly implemented by CPCRS and NYU’s Center for Global Affairs and funded by UNDP’s Iraq Crisis Response and Resilience Programme.
