On Tuesday, 7th of March, 2023, the College of Spatial Planning held an event titled "Joint Graduate Thesis Projects of UoD and TU Dortmund - Linking the Context of Urban Development of Kurdistan Region".

With the attendance of the President of the University of Duhok, Dr. Dawood Atroshi, Various presentations were given by the Dean, The Head of the Department, and Alumni focusing on the importance of the Joint Projects of the two universities.
