Objectives or Summary:

The main objectives of this plan are to establish a basic database on the hydrological aspects of the catchment, identify possible pollution (including both man-made and/or natural sources), evaluate environmental impact, establish an early warning system through proactively monitoring and consider corrective action if needed, establish a database for research and scientific studies, and conduct long-term monitoring. Regular and systematic monitoring is essential for effective water quality management and the protection of water resources.
