    • My research interest focuses on psychological exercises and how people can use it in their daily lives. Another area of my research interest is studying the effect of mental training in achieving greater well-being. In addition, I worked as a mental trainer in different psychological techniques such as Mindfulness, Yoga and hatha yoga.

     

    • I am particularly interested in conducting research in the area of mindfulness meditation; this is by integrating meditation practice into sport therapy as a part of sport rehabilitation process.
