In this meeting, the results and how to manage the project of gathering the heritage of the various components in the Kurdistan region were discussed. It is worth noting that this project was funded by FCDO and was organized by IDS of the University of Sussex. The delegation of the University of Duhok was able to leave a very positive impression on FCDO and as a result many ways of continuing the support relations between the British government and the University of Duhok were discussed. Also, FCDO organized a visit for the delegation of the University of Duhok to the Courtauld Gallery in London. In this gallery, many private and ancient photographs of Kurdistan regions, especially the city of Duhok, dating back to the 1940s, were seen, which were taken by the well-known British photographer Anthony Kirsten. In an interview between the university delegation and Mr. Tom Albert, who is in charge of the gallery, the possibility of opening an exhibition to display these photos at the University of Duhok next year was discussed.
