The Film Festival was opened in Dohuk and the filmmakers, directors, producers and actors ... etc they have passed on the red carpet and after the Minister of Culture, Governor of Duhok and Director of the Festival end their speech the concert began with the premiere film which is (resheba ) the kurdish film ... And they've continued Showing movies in Duhok Convention Center from (9-16/9/2016.), then the film Festival have been closed after presenting prizes to the filmmakers including best director, producer and best actor .... etc.
