On Monday (18-11-1919) there were decrees on the occasion of direct (Dr. Issam Mohammed Suleiman) as a rapporteur of the Department of Arabic Language in the Faculty of Education - Aqra, in the presence of (d. And heads of scientific departments and professors of the Department of Arabic Language.
In these decrees, the Dean of the College thanked the former Rapporteur of the Department of Arabic Language (Dr. Issa Mohammed Saleh) for his service as Rapporteur of the Department of Arabic Language at the previous time.
