The 11 3rd stage students of spatial planning department guided by two lecturers, Dr. Shireen Younis and Mr. Ali Ebrahim spent 5 weeks study course in TU- Dortmund University in Germany from 15/4- 22/5/2016 studying the German Planning System in Dortmund, Hamburgh and Berlin as part of the joint program between Duhok and TU- Dortmund University under DAAD support.
