On Monday 14th of October the committee of  establishing the master program get together and met at the Dean’s office Dr. Dilshad Haleem in the college of spatial planning. The Vice President of UoD Dr. Loqman attended, Prof Einhard and Dr. Hasan from tu- Dortmunt gave the details, and the local staff of UoD participated as well; Dr. Joteyar, Dr. Mohamad Alaa, Mr. Pires Husam, Mr. Shamal Rasheed.
