Message from the dean
Welcome to the College of Science at the University of Duhok.
I am writing on behalf of our whole teachers, staff, and students. It is a privilege for me to be leading a community of excellent faculty, staff, and students that make up the college and its departments after more than eighteen years as a faculty member in the Department of Physics. The study of science is essential for comprehending today's difficulties and constructing the future. The College of Science at the UoD contributes significantly to the university's purpose. College of Science graduates receive a comprehensive and distinctive education in the foundations of science, as well as exposure to current techniques and experience successfully applying this knowledge to real-world situations. In academic assignments, laboratory projects, and internship experiences, students at our college are given extraordinary problem-solving chances. Students are kept up to date on the newest knowledge and practices in their fields of study thanks to the instruction. Students will be prepared to pursue the next steps in their careers after completing a program of study in the College of Science, whether in industry research labs, or advanced graduate programs.
Sincerely,
Mohammed Aziz Ibrahem
