Lately the online trading has been developed remarkably in many countries including
Iraq and appeared which so-called (Electronic trading). This new type of trading offers an
advantage to both, different entrepreneurs and consumers, and each entrepreneur is able to
create a Website on Internet to exhibit their products and services throughout Websites called
(Electronic Stores). Furthermore, these types of stores substitute classical stores which are
visible in physical environment.
In addition, these Electronic stores consist of several elements and the uppermost is the
Electronic address, which counts as a modern term and accompanied with Electronic
commerce. Hence, this requires to elucidate the Electronic address, determining its Legal
nature and the role of its job by recognition between various projects on Web. Obviously this
leads to many disputes occurring at the International and Internal levels, because of this it’s
necessary to explain the civil protection of Electronic address by classical rules. Additionally,
presenting its civil protection according to modern legislations (Intellectual property rules and
particular legislations for Electronic transaction).
