The University of Duhok won the second place among the universities of Kurdistan region of Iraq,  in the evaluation of the webometric (Google Scholar Citation), for the year 2020. This advanced position of the UoD among different universities in the region, is a result of the continuous efforts made by the university administrations along with the academic and non-academic staff and students. It is worth mentioning that the University of Duhok were located earlier this month,  among the first group  of Kurdish universities in the ranking evaluation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Erbil.

 On this occasion, the President of Duhok University, Professor Mosleh Duhoky congratulates and thanks all the administrators , teaching staff and dear students for their collaborations for the contineous advancement of the University of Duhok.
