UoD had become the 1st winner from the design and decoration that it was prepared from the Media Directorate of University ,in the competition that it was evaluated by a specialized committee . The Carnival of this year is the 7th ones that has been held and before that University of Dohuk as one of the establishment of the Province had participated in it yearly.
