Two of our academic staff from College of Basic Education, Farooq Jameel Maaroof and Bishkosh Jaafer Abdullah, participated in a meeting with the Dean of Education and head of Special Needs Department at Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg, Germany with the company of Prof. Dr. Monika Ortmann. The meeting was about exchanging ideas regarding the case of people with special needs in Kurdistan in general and in Duhok especially. Also, the two parties talked about their visit to Oldenburg which is a prat of long-term partnership and the possibility of cooperation between University Duhok and the University of Oldenburg in the same matter.
