Dr. Kamal Ketuly member of PASCAL - University of Glasgow, UK paid a visit to College of Basic Education - The University of Duhok. The acting Dean of the College, Dr. Alan Duhoki welcomed him on 11-2-2016. Both sides discussed the participation of the University of Dohuk in the 13th Pascal International Conference which will be held on 3rd to 5th June, 2016 in Glasgow, Scotland - UK. According to PASCAL website, the conference will focus on future directions for Learning Cities at a time of considerable challenge and opportunity for cities, with significant development in the role and contribution of Learning Cities.
